It is Amazing to see how some of us have the same ideas! We are doing the same thing! and we also called it “THE SALTY CUP” We are tracking scores monthly on helpfulness only, so far our salt scores have improved! We came up with this idea back on October of last year, but actually implemented the program on January 2011! Carol Drury, Housekeeping Supervisor and I talked to Mr Tom Kos The General Manager about this idea he actually loved it! Every Month The department who raise the best SALT scores for the month gets to display ‘THE SALTY CUP” and will try to keep it on their position until a new department takes it away! A board has been place at the employee cafeteria room, for everybody to see and follow the scores!
