Recognizing Cleanliness on Day Two of Housekeeping Week!

The first day of the International Housekeeping Team at the Hilton Hurghada Long Beach Resort was dedicated to public areas, the spots determining the first impressions of our guests. Our huge resort territory, including 13 outlets and 6 swimming pools, gives a great challenge to our public area housemen and supervisors in ensuring a flawless guest walk in terms of cleanliness. As a debut to the weekly plan of contests, the team tested their skills in creating immaculately clean public areas, being the most effective in using the single desk machine and ensuring perfectly clear, spotless glasses. The winners were selected by the Executive Housekeeper who personally extended his appreciation to each team member. Furthermore, there was a fantastic celebration at the end of the day announcing the best performers to the entire team, and rewarding them for their achievements with a special recognition certificate as well as a cash prize.
