Creatively Recognizing Our Top 50 Guests!

Embassy Suites Chicago – Schaumburg/Woodfield, IL

With the great capabilities of OnQ we are able to run a report of our top 50 guests. We ordered Embassy coffee mugs and gift bags. In the mugs we put a packet of Starbucks coffee and a card and then placed it in their room upon their arrival. They love it.

The card says,

We are sure you don’t hear it enough how much your business is appreciated. So we want to be the first one today to say WE APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS. So here is a little something special to say Thank You for being loyal to the Embassy Suites in Schaumburg. or We are large enough to accommodate you, but we are small enough to appreciate you. Thank you for being loyal to the Embassy Suites Hotel in Schaumburg.

Great guest loyality impact!!! The cards are signed by all of the managers/associates stating their name and job title. This idea was created by Felicia Jackson and Trish Kootstra with lots of assistance from all managers and associates.

Sorry I took so long, vacation. Go to Onq Insider, go to reports, click on year & month, view available reports click on top 100 guests! Have fun.
