For 2016, we wanted to launch new L&D initiatives by understanding the needs of our team leaders & members of Al Hamra Residence & Village hotel. As such, we launched a L&D survey for the team to understand their feedback on the year gone by & thereby plan ahead to further improve our training delivery for 2016! Based on the survey results, we created an L&D action plan & implemented the feedback in our training delivery. We just concluded our new 1 day orientation workshop with the new hires & the response was positively overwhelming with more focus on hotel product knowledge, tours & having departmental trainers & subject matter experts come in to do the orientation. We will continue to develop learning & development solutions by actively listening to our teams going further!
