It’s Great to Be “The Rock Star.”

We have a employee recognition program called “U Rock”. Every pay period, we have a new “Rock Star” chosen by the previous “Rock Star” based on their service performance. The “Rock Star” receives the honor of having the “U Rock,” a shiny rock with the letter U on it. They also get their picture taken and posted to the Wall of Fame. The employees are having fun with it and it is improving our SALT scores. It is great to be “The Rock Star”.
