Using Simple Incentives to Set Clear SALT Goals.

Our hotel has an incentive program that sets specific goal figures and rewards the team that meets or exceeds goals. Every day I assign a daily project, ensuring that a particular focus of cleanliness is addressed; this provides the team members the ability to think and work outside their comfort zone and realize the areas that will impact SALT scores and guest satisfaction.
