My idea is more of a dilemma. At HRCC, we have over 2,000 employees spread-out all over the US. While e-cards and High Fives are great we are continually in search of other ways to Recognize our employees. If anyone has any other suggestions, I would welcome ideas. Because these employees are so remote from any physical office, it’s doubly important to make them feel connected.
