The Hospitable Zone – Peer Recognition.

I have started a program in our housekeeping department. Our weekly meeting beside the daily huddles, team members will select a team member who has demostrated goning above and beyond showing he/she cares about other team members (care-help-respect). This team member gets a prize. Our goal is to have team members honestly recognize the good part of others, motivate all to care each other, by creating this culture, it will reflect on the floors with our guest. Everything start among ourself. The Hospitable Zone.
