We challenge our team to wow a guest each day. At our 9am huddles we discuss who did what to “wow” a guest the day before. At the end of each week we give the team member who did the best job of “wowing” a guest a $20 bonus on their next pay check. The team member who won also gets to wear the “wow” pin for the week. At the end of each month we pick the one employee who did the best job of “Wowing the Guest” and we give them another bonus on their pay check. This idea has really helped our team rise to the occasion and look for ways to impress the guests.
