By following Hilton Worldwide recognition calendar, November is the month of Managers and Supervisors. During November, DoubleTree by Hilton Shenyang arranged a series of activities to recognize them. Well organized BBI and Labour Law training came first to diversify their working skills. On November 24th, an unusual Thank You Party well prepared for all Managers and Supervisors. At the beginning of the Thank You Party, General Manager Stephen Magor gave an inspiring speech to encourage all of us. After that, an interesting team work competition started. All participants were divided into two groups by random selecting. Blue and yellow vests were issued to them as their team’s symbol. Then the enthusiasm was running high around the teams. There are 5 team work games included transfer the bottle together, keep the sticks standing, occupy the box, and pass the table tennis and tennis shooting. All of us showed our enthusiasm and worked hard for the team. After fierce competition, Yellow team won the final victory by only 10 points ahead of Blue team. HRD Shirley awarded the presents. Everyone enjoyed and felt the power of the team and had more confidence of the future.
